Telehealth Therapy Across Maryland

You were never meant to be last on your own list.

I'm Christina Thompson, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I help women who are used to being the dependable one, at work, at home, and in their relationships, but feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, and disconnected from themselves. Together, we work through anxiety, overthinking, and the pressure to keep everything together so you can set boundaries, make room for your needs, and feel more like yourself. I offer secure telehealth therapy for women throughout Maryland.

Welcome to Christina's Glowing Corner

Hi, I'm Christina.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland, a certified yoga instructor, and certified by the U.S. Army to teach resiliency skills. I grew up watching the women around me, my single mother most of all, hold everything together for everyone else. Now I help women put themselves back on their own list.

I help women recognize what is causing exhaustion in their lives and prioritize their own needs. That starts with a conversation about the responsibilities you hold and the space you want to make for yourself.

Stories You Might Recognize

Illustrative story, not a real client

Renee, 42

You're the one who remembers. The dentist appointments, the school forms, your mother-in-law's prescriptions, the gift for a coworker's birthday. At work you run the meeting; at home you run everything else. Lately you snap at the people you love, then lie awake replaying it. You keep thinking that if you were more organized, it would all feel lighter. But this was never an organizing problem. Nobody, including you, has asked what you need.

Does This Sound Familiar?

You do not need another to-do list.

You have spent your life climbing every ladder, collecting achievements and being the woman everyone can count on. From the outside, it looks like you have it all together. Inside, you may feel mentally exhausted, constantly juggling responsibilities while feeling disconnected from yourself. Late nights of overthinking and the sense that rest must be earned can make it hard to hear your own needs.

A Simple Start

How It Works

01

Free Consultation

A short, no-pressure conversation about what's going on and whether we're a good fit.

02

Your First Session

We meet by secure video from anywhere in Maryland and start with what feels heaviest right now. Your first session starts with what feels heaviest. You do not need a polished explanation or a complete list of goals. I listen for patterns in your thoughts and in the way your days are unfolding, including the responsibilities, decisions and needs that keep taking up room. Together, you agree on where to begin rather than trying to solve everything at once. The conversation can include what you have already tried, what keeps repeating and what you want to understand more clearly.

03

Ongoing Work

Practical tools, honest accountability and a little between-session practice, paced to your life. Before the next session, you may choose one small, practical step connected to the conversation. It is a place to begin noticing what happens in your real week, with warmth and honest accountability when you return.

Meeting Online

How Telehealth Works

Sessions take place by secure video from your home or another private space anywhere in Maryland. Therapy is available to adults and couples Monday to Friday. For couples therapy, both partners must be located in Maryland during the session.

You need a stable internet connection and a private place where you can speak freely. Headphones can help if they make the space feel more private, and silencing notifications can help you give the conversation your attention. You can join from a familiar setting without adding a public office visit to your day. Bring what is taking up the most room, and Christina will help you choose a practical place to begin.
